Farmhouse on Chianti hills

The intervention involved the renovation of a farm, transforming it from a traditional agricultural activity into an agritourism. In the process, the existing buildings and outdoor spaces were improved and a phyto-purification plant was created, in addition to the construction of a swimming pool. The latter offers a view of San Gimignano, enriching the visitors’ experience. A key aspect of this renovation was the use of materials in keeping with the traditional architecture of the rural buildings typical of the area. Terracotta and local stone were carefully chosen to blend in with the context.
